# Roadmap

#### Phase 1 - Security Audit Completes and Contracts deployed UniChain:

* **Security Audit**: Leading blockchain security firm Certik completes an audit of the token, staking and sale contracts. ✅
* **Deploy MCT Smart Contracts**: Launch the core MCT token, sale and staking contracts.✅
* **Launch Staking Platform**: Enable flexible and locked staking options with 30% APR for flexible and 45% APR for 1-year locked staking.✅

**Phase 2 - Sale Finalization and staking launches (TBA 2026):**

* **Governance AI Integration:** Deliver the testnet version of Governance and AI integration.✅
* **Initial Crowdsale**: Sale kicks off and marketing push starts ⏳
* **Sale Completes:** Date TBA based on progress of sale and community voting.
* **Establish Liquidity Pools**: Provide liquidity on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) to support trading and lock the liquidity to provide confidence to the community
* **Marketing & Development Fund**: Allocate part of the raised funds toward marketing efforts, development, and platform scaling.

**Phase 3 - Governance and AI Integration (2026):**

* **Implement Variable Staking Rate**: Allow staking rates to adjust dynamically based on community votes and platform needs.
* **Introduce Community Governance**: Enable MCT token holders to submit proposals and vote on key platform decisions.
* **Governance Mainnet**: Governance contracts deployed with full AI integration and Proposal recommendations and analysis.
* **Partnership Expansion**: Build new partnerships with decentralized applications (dApps) and continue platform growth.

**Phase 4 - Automated Liquidity System and AI Integration (2027):**

* **Automated LP Launch**: Deploy the innovative automated liquidity provision system on UniChain, enabling simplified DeFi participation for users.
* **Smart Portfolio Management**: Implement AI-driven analysis for optimal liquidity position management and yield generation.
* **Value Generation Mechanism**: Activate the 1% fee structure that automatically purchases MCT and adds to staking rewards, creating a sustainable value loop.
* **Advanced Documentation**: Launch comprehensive GitBook documentation detailing system mechanics and user guides.
* **AI Governance Integration**: Begin implementation of AI systems to analyze and provide governance recommendations, preparing for future AI-led operations.
* **Enhanced Analytics Dashboard**: Deploy real-time monitoring tools for users to track their positions, yields, and ecosystem metrics.
* **Cross-Chain Strategy Development**: Begin research and development for expanding the automated liquidity system to additional chains and assets.

#### **Phase 5 - Full Decentralization & AI integration (TBA):**

* **Community & AI-Managed Ecosystem**: Transition the Mooncat project to a fully decentralized model, managed collectively by the community and AI systems.
