Public Sale Details
Total Allocation: 300M MCT (30% of supply)

Duration: 3 months or until sold out
Strategic Partners
Allocation: 150M MCT (15% of supply)
Price: $0.006 per token
Target Raise: $900K
Vesting: 6-month cliff, 12-month linear

Progressive Incentive Model
Early participants receive bonus tokens from a dedicated 50M MCT pool (5% of total supply). Bonuses are calculated based on the percentage of the public sale completed at time of purchase:
Phase 1 (0-25% sold): 33% bonus on purchase
Phase 2 (25-50% sold): 20% bonus on purchase
Phase 3 (50-75% sold): 13% bonus on purchase
Phase 4 (75-100% sold): Base price, no bonus
Example: A $10,000 purchase in Phase 1 receives 1,250,000 MCT plus 412,500 MCT bonus (33%) for a total of 1,662,500 MCT.
Bonus tokens are distributed from the Early Adopter Bonus allocation and are airdropped upon sale completion.
Sale Timeline & Completion
The public sale will run for 3 months or until all tokens are sold, whichever comes first.
If tokens remain after 3 months:
A community governance vote will determine whether to:
Continue the sale with current terms
End the sale and proceed with distribution
Regardless of the decision, all purchasers will receive their tokens and calculated bonuses
Any unsold tokens will be managed by the team in consultation with the community for strategic deployment
Use of proceeds percentages remain unchanged regardless of final raise amount
Post-Sale Liquidity Plan
Initial DEX Deployment
Liquidity Allocation: 24% of actual raise
MCT Allocation: Proportional tokens from Liquidity Provision pool
Target: Less than 5% price impact on $40K trades
Example: If $2M is raised instead of $3.3M, $480K (24%) goes to liquidity.
Use of Proceeds
The raised funds will be allocated as follows:
Liquidity: 24% Paired with MCT to create the initial DEX pool, ensuring robust trading from launch.
Development: 45% Funding for AI integration, governance implementation, LP optimization system, and ongoing platform development.
Operations: 18% Infrastructure, security audits, legal compliance, and operational expenses for sustainable growth.
Marketing: 13% User acquisition, strategic partnerships, community building, and ecosystem expansion initiatives.
